Return & Cancellation

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items with original packaging and tags intact. Customized and bridal pieces are final sale.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. Beyond this window, standard return rules apply once delivered.

Returns must be initiated through your account or by emailing care@sibaa.co with order number and photographs of the item.

Once approved, our concierge will arrange complimentary pickup. Inspection takes 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Size and style exchanges are offered free of charge for eligible items, subject to availability.

Receive a damaged or incorrect item? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement.
